They use a spice mix that no two people explain the same way. Mrosia is how it's pronounced but I need to investigate which spices are in this mix.

apricots
prunes
sesame seeds
cinnamon
walnuts
almonds
onions, diced
Rinse apricots and boil in water. Rinse prunes and boil in water. Rinse almonds and boil in water.
Brown meat in pot with oil. Add spice mix, pepper, cinamon, zafron and salt. Mix well. Add enough water to cover and secure pressure cooker.

When apricots and prunes are mushy soft, drain and retain cooking water.
Cooking the fruits separately, add oil, sugar, cinnamon and a little juice from the beef pot. mix well. Bring to a boil and reduce liquid.
When almonds are done, deskin them. Fry them in a little oil until browned.
Separately, dry roast sesame seeds and walnut halves.
Split the apricots in half and remove the pit. Insert the toasted walnut halves into the apricot.

Depit the prunes.
Arrange cooked beef on a platter. Place prunes, stuffed apricots and fried almonds around beef. Sprinkle each prune with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
